VersaDock Dry Docking Features and Benefits
17 features and benefits of VersaDock which we think makes it stand out from the pack.

1. Safe Drive-On – The patented V-Float technology provides a low point of entry which allows you to approach the floating boat lift slow and controlled when dry docking your craft. While other floating docks seem to be similar, only VersaDock offers the safe and controlled driveon experience. Compare our videos to those of the competition and see for yourself! Look closely and you can't help but notice the difference.

2. No Dangerous Open Areas on the Dock – With the V-Floats in the hull channel the floating dry dock is completely solid meaning there’s no chance of anyone falling through the dock. A solid floating boatlift dock also does a much better job of protecting your PWC or jetboat's drivetrain from salt and corrosion in the harsh marine environment. Don't risk your family's safety with a floating dock with open areas!

3. Craft Stays Out of the Water – With the V-Float in the hull channel water doesn't splash up on your hull. The craft stays out of the water where it’s dry and safe from barnacle or algae growth. Look at our picture gallery of real customers and see how the boat is out of the water and the boat is safe and secure from the environment. Look at the stern angles of our floating dry docks and then look closely at our competitors. At VersaDock we want you to compare us to the other guys!

4. No Rollers Needed – With the V-Float there are no rollers. There’s no greasing or regular maintenance to keep rollers rolling and algae or barnacles from growing on them.

5. Maintenance Free – Use it and forget about it. There’s no real maintenance needed. Hosing off your boat and an occasional rain shower will keep your floating dry dock clean and looking great. Because of its design, excess water immediately drains from the dock. Unlike a wooden dock there’s never any scraping, painting, repair or replacing your dock every few years. And in most cases, this floating dock system can even be left in the water over the winter in northern climates. Every few months you will want to check all connectors and attachments and ensure that everything is tight.

6. Easy Assembly and Installation – Your floating dock or boatlift is delivered in kit form. It is simple to assemble and install with an easy to use tool we provide you. Most customers can build their PWC dock in a few hours and their floating boat dock in about half a day!

7. Infinitely Configurable – It’s easy to add on, change, upgrade or relocate your floating dock at a later date. You can easily convert a PWC dock to a boat dock at anytime.

8. Top Side Adjustments – All adjustments and installation is done from the top of your floating dock, not the bottom. No need to reach under the dock or get in the water.

9. Easy on Your Feet Non-Skid – Our non-skid offers safety yet won’t take a toll on your feet.

10. Cool Gray Color – Color is cooler on the feet than some dock colors. Gray also complements the natural colors of the waterfront. Sure a black dock is less expensive to manufacture, but since we wouldn't use a black floating dock, we won't sell one to our customers!

11. Environmentally Friendly – Uses no wood framing or foam fill that can be treated with harmful chemicals or float away into the environment.

12. Industrial Strength Commercial Grade Materials – Our residential docks are made of the very same High Molecular Weight Polyethylene as our commercial docks. These floats are virtually indestructible yet gentle on your craft.

13. Built-In Utility Channel
– Safely run power or water out your floating dock by channeling it between the dock floats. No exposed cables or hoses lying on top of the dock, eliminating potential tripping hazards.

14. Tie-Down Points – Located around the perimeter of the dock, our tie-down points make it easy to secure your craft from unpredictable weather. Also could be used to attach security devises.

15. Available Walk Around Room – Every configuration allows for additional walk around room to make loading and unloading and working on your craft both easy and safe. You decide how much room based on your price point. It is easy to add on at any time, so if your budget only allows for a small floating dock at the beginning, you can add dock floats at a later time.

16. Easy Launching – When the craft is shifted into reverse the V-Float hull channel floods with water making it very easy to launch your craft. Only a VersaDock driveon dry dock offers a center channel that runs the entire length of the boat and stays out of the water.

17. V-Lift Technology – The patent pending V-Lift provides the additional buoyancy needed for the larger heavier boats. It’s easy to mount and can be installed from the top side of the dock.
